Astral Travelling – Start Your First Astral Voyage In 4 Weeks

Do you want to know how to astral travel but you are struggling to finally let go and experience the wonderful joys of astral projection? Find below a step by step training plan on how to start an astral voyage in 4 weeks.

Practice Relaxation – 1st Week
1.Breathing Relaxation: Start your week by practicing a slow and deep breath. For every second you take in with your breath, double its seconds as it goes out. As an example, for every 2 seconds you inhale, you need to exhale for 4 seconds.

2.Muscle Relaxation: You can do this any position you feel most comfortable, standing or lying down position. Tighten and release your muscle to relax all of your major muscles in the body. Start with your toes and slowly work your way up.

3.Relax Your Mind: Intentionally decrease the thought that comes to your mind after walking a few steps.

2nd Week: Chakra Activation

Congratulations! You have completed your first week and are now one step closer to starting your first astral travel. Now it is time to start exercises for week 2. Begin your 2nd week by warming up your body using the techniques you learned in week 1 Then proceed in working through all of your chakras by imagining them moving around you.
If you do not feel any results right away, do not worry. It may take up to three days of practicing before seeing results.

You Astral Voyage Vehicle – Week 3
Start your third week by relaxing and energizing all of your 7 chakras. Visualize them as an astral matter that leaves your chest forming a circle-like shell.
At first, you are only imagining this, but after a few days of practice, it is expected that you learn how to exteriorize this astral matter from within your thoughts.

4th Week: Astral Voyage Entry
This is your final step and your final week and time to start your first astral voyage. Find your balance of consciousness (you can optionally imagine the top of your head). Intensify your consciousness. Continue doing this until you have reached a distinct presence.

Concentrate in your consciousness, gliding the air swiftly towards a figure. Turn this figure around deliberately. Keep in mind that your perspective as it shifts is the most essential part of the transfer.
