Christmas, it’s supposed to be the time of the year to relax and spend some time with your family. However, it’s generally never is. When you reach the actual day itself it’s fine, however, it’s the run up to the big day that can cause the most stress.

Here is my top list of must have gadgets for this Christmas.

• iPod Nano. This latest iPod from Apple brings you the standard MP3 music functions, plus the ability to record video at the touch of a button.
• Nintendo DSi. This latest handheld console from Nintendo brings yet more new features to the handheld gaming industry. This new version of the popular handheld console features both larger screens and 2 new built-in cameras, all weighing 10% lighter than the previous version.
• PSPGo. Another handheld now, this time from Sony. This new PSP is smaller and lighter than previous models. The major changes in the new PSPGo is that there are no need for discs, all games are downloaded and stored on the internal hard drive.
• Tony Hawks Ride. This latest version of the popular Tony Hawk skating is looking to change the way we play skate games forever. The game comes with a Wii Balance Board style controller to make you really feel like you’re in the game itself.
• Logitech’s New G19 Gaming Keyboard. Logitech are the master of all PC gaming items. Their latest gaming keyboard, the G19, simply wipes the floor with the previous G15 model. With a new LCD colour display, new G-Keys, plus customer lighting across the board, the G19 gaming keyboard is the master of gaming equipment.

Most of those are not cheap to buy, especially during a recession. If you’re looking for something a little less pricey, you can still get some great gadgets at even better prices.
