How Safari Can Assist Keep You Fit
Obesity is becoming a major problem in the UK, more and more people are piling on the pounds and there are a few reasons as to why this is occurring. As we already know, fast food is a major cause of this, but what is worse is that people are no longer active. I mean they sit around all day without even moving their body.
I have recently come back from a safari, I went away for two weeks and was 14 stone and felt really unhealthy. On my return I weighed eleven and a half stone and felt so a good deal improved. So I do recommend that any person should go on safari and I can tell you precisley why.
Diet
To be honest I was eating as much food, if not more than I was eating in the UK. But none of it was fast solid food or refined, it was all organic nutrients that could only be good for you and the best thing was that it tasted scrumptious.
Sun
We all know that the heat makes you burn calories; I mean all of the sweat that is coming off of your body helps with shifting some of the pounds.
Exercise
I think this was the most crucial aspect, and to be honest I have never really been one of these people that is any good at exercising or can be bothered to make the effort. But the thing was when I was on Safari it actually never felt like I was working out, as I was distracted by natures beauty. I mean I literally did everything from hiking, camping jumping over things and even climbing trees.
Going on safari is something that I will now always cherish and remember for the rest of my life.
